Hey everyone and thanks for checking our page out!

So first things first! We are a non profit organisation group who care deeply for all types of animals!

We collect as much donations as we can and pass them onto shelters/rescues and ever foster carers as well, as they play a big part in the rescue process.

We are only a small organisation that’s made up of 1 full time worker and 2-3 volunteers here and there.

My name is Melissa and I am founder/creator of this organisation. I created this solely to help out the poor animals in need and the carers who are looking after them. I named it The Thor Project because I originally started this with my big fur ball Snow Shepherd (Siberian husky x White Shepherd) Thor! We did a lot of fun things together and unfortunately he got sick before we could get this on the road and he passed over the rainbow bridge December 2017. I got so much help from the public with tips and advice to even donations to help with his vet bills. I was so great full and overwhelmed with the response. So now it’s time for me to give back to those helpless animals who need it the most.
